Description
2000 / 2025 LAZZARA 80 SKYLOUNGE MOTOR YACHT The Ultimate 80' Luxury Motor Yacht – Over $2.7
Million in Refits and Upgrades
There are yachts that have been updated, and then there are yachts that have been continuously
transformed into something truly exceptional.
DARE TO DREAM is one of those rare vessels.
Originally built by the legendary Lazzara Yachts and extensively reimagined through a complete
multimillion-dollar refit in 2013/2014, she was further elevated in 2025 through an additional $700,000
bow-to-stern systems modernization directed by her current owner. The result is an 80-foot motor
yacht that offers the volume, luxury, and capability typically found aboard vessels well over 100 feet. Her
hull was professionally extended to 80 feet during her previous refit, creating additional interior volume,
improved ride characteristics, and the foundation for one of the most unique fishing platforms ever built on
a Lazzara.
This yacht has never been chartered and has been maintained to a standard rarely seen in today's
brokerage market. Every major system has been scrutinized, updated, serviced, or replaced. The owner
tasked his captain and engineer with moving from the bow to the stern, ensuring every pump, hose,
clamp, and mechanical component met the highest standards of reliability and safety.
Simply put, there is no other yacht in this size range that delivers this combination of luxury, engineering,
entertaining space, cruising capability, and value.

Our company was founded by Jack Hargrave in 1957 in Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being a Hall of Fame yacht designer best known for his work with builders like Amels, Burger, and Hatteras yachts, Jack Hargrave was also a highly successful yacht broker, as was his father before him. If you are not familiar with our company, Hargrave Yachts is one of the oldest and most respected yacht brokerage firms in the State of Florida. In addition to being a full-service yacht brokerage organization we maintain an in-house service department that our customers rate as 5-Star. When most yacht manufacturers put in their own in-house design and engineering departments we made the decision to begin building yachts in the 65’-200’ size range under the Hargrave brand name in 1997. As we tell all our brokerage clients, "If we can't find the perfect boat for you we'll build it!"
