Outstanding Sea Ray 370 Express - Major Upgrades!
"Carrie Ellen" is a 37' Express Cruiser and is hands down the finest boat of her style and vintage on the market. She is in excellent condition and has major upgrades rarely found. The previous owner spared no expense refitting her with new Mercruiser Horizon 8.1 engines (2015) and a new Kohler 7.5 EKD Generator in 2019. These upgrades alone total over $50,000! Over the time period of 2015 to 2019 other upgrades include new upholstery throughout the cockpit and salon, new electronics and all new instruments. Her 12' beam provides a great stable ride at sea and she is comfortable for a weekend at the dock or a weekend at Catalina.
As described in Power Boat Guide:
Like most Sea Ray models, the 350 Express Cruiser (called the 370 Express Cruiser in 1993–95) has aged well over the years. Styling trends are a moving target, of course, but looking at a boat as old as the 350/370 Express is to appreciate the skills of past-generation Sea Ray designers. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets and a wide 12-foot, 4-inch beam, the interior of the Express Cruiser differs from Sea Ray’s Sundancer models in that there is no mid-stateroom below the helm. A huge semicircular sofa that converts to a sleeper for two dominates the wide-open salon. Forward, through a privacy curtain, the stateroom has an angled double bed as well as a mirrored vanity. The head contains a separate stall shower, and an optional TV/VCR swivels out for easy viewing from anywhere in the cabin. Topside, the spacious single-level cockpit has a double helm seat forward, an aft-facing double cockpit seat, wet bar, and a bench seat at the transom. Note that in 1994 the original sliding cabin windows were replaced with oval ports. Standard 310hp MerCruiser inboards cruise at 20 knots and reach a top speed of 28–29 knots.

Our company was founded by Jack Hargrave in 1957 in Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being a Hall of Fame yacht designer best known for his work with builders like Amels, Burger, and Hatteras yachts, Jack Hargrave was also a highly successful yacht broker, as was his father before him. If you are not familiar with our company, Hargrave Yachts is one of the oldest and most respected yacht brokerage firms in the State of Florida. In addition to being a full-service yacht brokerage organization we maintain an in-house service department that our customers rate as 5-Star. When most yacht manufacturers put in their own in-house design and engineering departments we made the decision to begin building yachts in the 65â-200â size range under the Hargrave brand name in 1997. As we tell all our brokerage clients, "If we can't find the perfect boat for you we'll build it!"
