Accommodations:
Refurbished three staterooms and three heads interior. One enters the vessel by a fold down boarding ladder aft through wing door to the aft deck with new windows all around. There are comfortable sofas (2021) all around with a glass coffee table and custom bar with a Plasma 50"TV mounted forward. A stainless ladder leads up to a spacious bridge area with plenty of guest seating. From the aft deck forward to the Wheel house with helm seat and engine controls on center, and a full length seating area. From the wheel house down to the salon with teak and holly marine ply floors (2021), new slide open windows (2022) and new furniture and teak coffee table. Forward and down a few steps is the galley to starboard with a hi-lo dinette opposite to port. Forward guest cabin with over under berths to starboard and an enclosed head and shower opposite to port. Chain locker is in the forepeak. From the salon and down aft a few steps there is a guest cabin to port with two berths, a chest of drawers and hanging locker. Continuing aft to the owner's aft cabin with a queen size berth, hanging locker, drawer storage, and a 42" plasma TV. Aft was an area which previously had a jacuzzi tub, but now used as storage. On the starboard side are two heads which share a common shower between. Marine toilets and water system reworked (2023)

Deck and Topsides:
Mahogany wood construction, carvel planked over oak frames 3.5" X 4" frames on 12" centers. Refastened in various areas (2015) and hull sides LP painted (2021) and varnished bright transom and name applied (2021). Fresh bottom paint (2021).
Decks are fiberglass over marine ply, painted beige non-skid with white trim. Stainless bow rails and hand rails with stainless double life lines. There are three deck hatches forward. Two Danforth anchors on bow roller with adequate chain and rode.
Navigational lights and signal air horn.
