Vessel Walkthrough:

The adventure starts at the platform, designed for effortless water access for activities like swimming and snorkeling. Ascend a few steps to the aft deck, a luxurious outdoor area ideal for lounging and relaxing. This deck boasts a meticulously finished natural teak surface. On the port and starboard sides, you'll find access to the side decks and forward deck area, as well as port and starboard Marquip boarding ladder entries. The aft deck is sheltered by an expansive overhang from the upper deck, which offers LED lighting and sound.

As you step into the salon from the aft deck, you'll immediately notice a comfortable U-shaped sofa on the port side, complete with storage underneath and accompanied by a custom-designed coffee table. The starboard side features the salon's TV and AV equipment, followed by a large sofa also offering storage beneath. Moving forward to port, you'll find a custom-built formal dining table and chairs, surrounded by ample storage for the yacht's dinnerware and cutlery set, accommodating eight guests, as well as an additional collection for casual dining. Above the formal dining area is dedicated storage for glassware. Next to the dining area is the yacht's wet bar, equipped with an ice maker and bottle storage. Completing this elegant space is a custom Birds-Eye maple privacy door that separates the formal dining area from the galley and casual dining nook.

The galley and dinette area has been completely reimagined, offering a unique layout that sets it apart from other 76 Lazzaras in this class. The galley has been customized to open up the port windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and create an inviting atmosphere. Throughout the galley, you'll find all new appliances and fixtures. Next to the galley is the ship's day head and additional pantry storage. Just beyond the galley, you'll discover the traditional dinette and the ship's lower helm area. Entry doors on both the port and starboard sides provide easy access to the side decks and forward bow area. Moving forward, there's access to the ship's additional two guest/crew staterooms and heads, as well as a dedicated office and utility space.

Situated forward is the office area. It features a built-in L-shaped desk with two slide-out storage drawers. Overhead, there's a bookshelf and a Sharp flatscreen TV. On the forward bulkhead, you'll find a sofa with storage below, which holds the ship's updated catalog of manuals and binders. This area also contains the stackable washer and dryer. Moving further forward, you'll find access to the two crew/guest staterooms, each equipped with an ensuite head and shower.

The lower helm offers a seamless and stylish cruising experience. Featuring an updated electronics package and stabilizers, this area is one of the standout spaces on the yacht. The newly configured I.S.I.S. system provides real-time, precise information on all ship systems, tanks, and gauges at a glance. The helm area is surrounded by panoramic glass treated with V-Kool, which lowers interior temperatures by at least 15 degrees while reflecting harmful UV rays. A newly installed Simrad Evo GPS and autopilot system simplify navigation. All of the yacht's AC and DC circuit breakers are conveniently located in this area for easy access while operating the vessel. A comfortable bench seat with a flip-down step offers the perfect spot to monitor and enjoy your journey. An additional monitor allows for easy viewing of the cockpit and engine room through the remote-mounted cameras.

The office area is located in the forward mid-section. It features a built-in L-shaped desk with two slide-out storage drawers. Overhead, you'll find a bookshelf and a Sharp flatscreen TV. Returning to the salon, a spiral staircase leads to the guest and master staterooms below. The master stateroom is truly impressive, boasting a clean layout with a centerline king-size, walk-around bed, a walk-in closet on the starboard side, and a spacious master ensuite head on the port side. The room is bathed in natural light from four porthole windows, located on both port and starboard. On the starboard side, there is a make-up vanity, a large credenza with three slide-out drawers, and a large walk-in closet. On the port side, you'll find a well-appointed L-shaped sofa with storage underneath and another credenza with matching slide-out drawers. Access to the ensuite head and shower is through the forward bulkhead on the port side.

On the port side is the yacht's VIP guest stateroom, bathed in natural light from two porthole windows. This room features a spacious queen-size walk-around berth. The forward bulkhead houses an ensuite head and shower. Ample storage and a hanging closet make this room a comfortable "home away from home" for guests. 

On the starboard side, the guest stateroom offers two side-by-side single berths and an ensuite head on the forward bulkhead. Two additional porthole windows flood the room with natural light, creating a vacation-ready atmosphere.

The flybridge deck truly makes you feel on top of the world. In the aft section, you’ll find two davits, one on each side, used for lifting and storing your 14' Novurania tender and various toys. A wired remote station provides ease of docking and maneuvering in tight spaces, and both the davits and wired remotes have been fully refurbished. Moving forward, there's a built-in Miele electric barbecue with storage underneath. Within the fully enclosed, air-conditioned flybridge, a large U-shaped dinette offers a perfect space for outdoor entertaining, with ample seating for 4-5 guests. An Avanti wine cooler and wet bar are located in the port aft area, while a large chest freezer is situated nearby on the starboard side. The helm features a climate-controlled environment with heated Stidd chairs for comfort in northern climates. On the port side, there’s a built-in wing station for docking, complementing the centerline helm. The helm is equipped with mirrored electronics from the lower helm, including the ISIS system.

To meet the high standards of the most discerning buyer, a comprehensive refit of the engine room was undertaken, including the installation of two new 21.5KW Onan generators and a complete paint job. From the polished diamond plate floors to the high-gloss metallic engines, this engine room commands attention. The yacht is powered by twin MTU 1050HP 12V183 motors. In May 2019, the running gear was removed, new bronze strut bearings were installed, shaft couplings were checked and aligned, and engine alignment was performed. In August 2019, the exhaust system underwent a full service by Marine Exhaust Systems, with stainless components replaced by CuNi pipes for enhanced durability and system updates. In March 2020, both the AC and DC pumps of the air system were entirely replaced. All lighting has been upgraded to LED, with the installation of six LED fixtures.
