2002 Beneteau 33' (10.06 m) 331
Rock Hall, Maryland, United States
AMITY
This Beneteau 331 offers the best of both worlds, with her board up draft of 2'-11" opens up much more cruising ground and with her board down 6'-11" she performs like a deep draft boat. Roomy accommodations below deck make her a great coastal cruising boat. She is extremely clean and ready to go.

ACCOMMODATIONS BELOW
When going below one of the first things you might think is that you are on her big brother the 361. What has been done in 33 feet is quite remarkable, as you descend the companionway stairs to the port side is the quite spacious U-shaped galley containing a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer bin. For clean up is a very large double bowl sink and the amount of storage is quite large with both doored and open storage as well as a top load storage area and plenty of counter space to work.
To starboard and aft is the aft cabin with a very large double berth, good size hanging locker and good standing headroom (6'-2").
Just forward of the aft cabin is the head. Once again for a 33 foot boat she has a very large head. This space is made up of mainly white fiberglass and synthetic materials with a few wood accents that dress it up nicely. There is a manual marine head and a sink counter with a molded in sink and storage both above and below. The shower is a pull out sink fixture with a single lever control.
Moving forward is the main salon and nav area. To starboard is a partial U-shaped settee and to starboard is a long slightly curved settee, in the middle is a large drop leaf table. Unlike the other models this table is fixed in place due to the crank used to lift the keel/centerboard. Once again there is plenty of storage both above and below the settee's. The nav station is located at the aft end of the port side of the salon utilizing the settee seating for the nav table. Electric panels and some electronics are also located here.
The forward cabin has a large V-berth with a filler, a small hanging locker to port.
Through-out this boat is beautifully finished with the extensive use of satin finished teak for the bulkheads, cabinetry as well as some of the hull sides as well creating a very warm and old school feel when below. For the cabin sole they wisely used a synthetic teak and holly look material for easy clean up and minimal ware. As you walk through this yacht you will also note good ventilation with the use of (2) large Lewmar hatches and (5) opening ports.
Amity has been well used but very well cared for and is a very clean yacht through-out.

Our company was founded by Jack Hargrave in 1957 in Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being a Hall of Fame yacht designer best known for his work with builders like Amels, Burger, and Hatteras yachts, Jack Hargrave was also a highly successful yacht broker, as was his father before him. If you are not familiar with our company, Hargrave Yachts is one of the oldest and most respected yacht brokerage firms in the State of Florida. In addition to being a full-service yacht brokerage organization we maintain an in-house service department that our customers rate as 5-Star. When most yacht manufacturers put in their own in-house design and engineering departments we made the decision to begin building yachts in the 65â-200â size range under the Hargrave brand name in 1997. As we tell all our brokerage clients, "If we can't find the perfect boat for you we'll build it!"
