Casablanca II in October 16th 2022 arrived from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale spending all her life in the fresh water of the Great Lakes and kept stored in heated indoor storage during in the winter seasons. When you step on board you will understand that this yacht has been taken care off by knowledgeable owners and always with an open check book. After thousands of miles of cruising via the Trent Canal system, the Great Lakes, Hudson River and the Atlantic ocean, she was tested and performed to the max of her abilities. She has an extensive list of extras including, forward and aft 4 x 50 Amp cable masters powered hookups, comfortable easy care marine mat Flybridge flooring, new Raymarine Axiom Navigation in both upper and lower helm stations. And for last but not least are the two very important features: The Factory installed extra Fuel tank of 200 gallons and the customized lowered Flybridge hardtop that provides a less than 20 ft fixed height with the Mast down.

The Marquis 65 is equipped with a spacious bridge that is designed for both navigation and entertainment. There is ample room to accommodate twelve adults at the custom crafted dining table and seating area. The 65 Marquis offer luxurious accommodations including an open and spacious salon. The view is astounding with her signature windows. The Galley features a full-size upright SS Refrig/Freezer, Dishwasher, and Convection Oven. Below deck you will appreciate the full beam master suite equipped with King-size berth, a sofa lounge and his and hers heads that share a large shower. The well appointed master also features a large walk-in closet with washer & dryer,and ample cabinetry, locker and drawer storage. Yannis is the Vice President and Senior Yacht Consultant/Broker of Hargrave Custom Yachts. He joined the ranks of the company in 2004 as one of their Fleet captains and a few years later he transitioned to the Yacht Consultation and Brokering sector of the company.
Through his domestic and foreign connections and partnerships he has been able to successfully complete various National and International contracts.
He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Greece with a Degree in Maritime Science and a Captain Class 3 All Oceans License (1992). He has also been trained as a Navy Reserve officer at the Hellenic Navy during his Armed Forces mandatory service, and Honorably discharged in 1995.
He is married to his wife Julie (A native Floridian from Stuart, Florida) and they live permanently in Fort Lauderdale.
