Manufacturers Provided Description
The Marquis 65 took the Motor yacht design and luxury to a new level when it was introduced. There are many Italian-styled yachts, but none match the beauty and sex appeal of the 65 Marquis. Looking from the stern, the main deck's visual scope reaches all the way forward, through the salon, dining room, galley and pilothouse to the seascape ahead. With large windows along each side, the effect is airy and expansive. A formal dining area forward of the salon holds an oval shaped table for six, while the home-size galley to port features such luxuries as granite counters and wooden floors. There are three staterooms and heads below, including an opulent amidships master with king-size berth, walk-in closet and his-and-hers heads. Aft the crews quarters are ready for installation and are accessed through a watertight door on the transom. Throughout, the furnishings, decor and workmanship are to a very high standard. Additional features include a hydraulic swim platform, bow/stern thrusters, and unlike most European motor yachts- a spacious engine room with standing headroom.
