Description
The 85-foot (26m) LONESTAR catamaran is a high-performance sailing yacht, ideally suited for extended families or a group of friends.
Custom-designed by French naval architects Van Peteghem and Lauriot Prevost (VPLP), sailing catamaran LONESTAR is built for luxurious leisure cruising or competitive racing. She has an abundance of space and easily reaches speeds varying between 10 – 15 knots. Her sail area measures an impressive 2,690 sq ft / about 250 sq m. An expansive layout includes over 2,500 sq ft / about 300 sq m of uncluttered deck space.
LONESTAR can accommodate 12 guests (16 with small children) in six comfortable staterooms. Each of the four double suites has an extra single bed, suitable for children. Two twin cabins are located amidships and have an upper and a lower single bed each. All cabins have private en-suite facilities.
The full-beam salon features a large seating area, bar and an intimate sofa corner, all in air-conditioned comfort. A large cockpit offers alfresco dining and seating. Scattered with overstuffed sun cushions, guests can relax on deck in the shade of the bimini, or sunbathe in the warm tropical sun on the foredeck.
With her well-trained crew of four and fully equipped with a host of entertainment facilities, water toys and extensive fishing gear, LONESTAR combines outstanding service, spacious comfort and fun.
New on the charter market in Southeast Asia, LONESTAR offers fantastic sailing holidays on an incredibly large yacht, with the warmth and serenity of a luxury villa.

Daniel Moumou
Chef
Seychelles :: languages Creole, French, English, some Italian and German. After completing his education at the Seychelles Cooking School, Daniel worked at various resorts and hotels in the Seychelles. At the newly opened 5-star Lemuria Resort and Golf Course on Praslin Island, he worked his way up from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie, specialising in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. After 2 years, he moved on to a position as Sous Chef on the exclusive Desroches Island and stayed for 6 years. Daniel wanted to try something new and found just what he liked: work as Chef with Dream Yacht Charters. Stints as varied as Chef on oil tankers and boutique-sized Silhouette Cruises in the Seychelles, preceded a return to free-lance work on various catamarans and superyachts. He has been Chef on LONESTAR since 2015 and delights the owner's family and charter guests alike with fabulous Creole, Asian, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. Daniel is flexible and not afraid to make changes in the menu, for instance if guests have a last minute request to prepare their fresh catch of the day. Daniel's humour and upbeat personality complement his extended cooking skills. He is also a great, sailing-savvy First Mate and likes singing, sports and hiking.

Our company was founded by Jack Hargrave in 1957 in Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being a Hall of Fame yacht designer best known for his work with builders like Amels, Burger, and Hatteras yachts, Jack Hargrave was also a highly successful yacht broker, as was his father before him. If you are not familiar with our company, Hargrave Yachts is one of the oldest and most respected yacht brokerage firms in the State of Florida. In addition to being a full-service yacht brokerage organization we maintain an in-house service department that our customers rate as 5-Star. When most yacht manufacturers put in their own in-house design and engineering departments we made the decision to begin building yachts in the 65â-200â size range under the Hargrave brand name in 1997. As we tell all our brokerage clients, "If we can't find the perfect boat for you we'll build it!"
